J&M TECHNOLOGIES CELEBRATES 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS
August, 2019 – John Manzoian founded J&M in 1999 after a decade visiting hundreds of distributors as a sales rep for a JanSan back office system. John says, “I had a strong feeling that e-commerce was the future of the industry. I wanted to make e-commerce attainable and affordable for any distributor.” Twenty years later, John has achieved that goal and remarks with gratitude that “J&M’s growth has exceeded anything he could have imagined back in 1999.” He thanks his customers for their support over the past twenty years.
E-COMMERCE SITES BUILT WITH J&M ARE NOW FULLY RESPONSIVE
September, 2018 – E-Commerce sites built with J&M are now fully responsive. PJ Rassega, J&M’s support specialist explains, “responsive means that the display of your e-commerce site automatically adjusts to fit the size of your customer’s browser window or device. For instance, a customer can now have the same shopping experience and view all of your site content from a cell phone or tablet.” Having a responsive website also helps with optimizing your appearance on search engine results (SEO). Interested? Make sure you upgrade your J&M e-commerce software to version 8.7. Upgrades are provided free of cost to J&M e-commerce customers.
THE “M” IN J&M JOINS J&M TECHNOLOGIES
July, 2018 – Michelle Kelly left her career as a lawyer at a large law firm to be a part of J&M. Though new to J&M, Michelle grew up with the JanSan industry. Her parents are John and Roberta Manzoian, the owners of J&M. At J&M, Michelle is focusing on operational projects, such as working with programmers to improve the customer experience. Michelle comments, “I am excited to dive into learning the day-to-day operations of the business. I want to bring a fresh perspective about how we can keep our customers happy for years to come and evolve with the changing needs of e-commerce.”
J&M TECHNOLOGIES UNVEILS THE NEXT GENERATION OF ITS E-COMMERCE
August, 2017 –The new E-Commerce program from J&M Technologies surpasses all expectations in graphics, content, and ease-of-use. The redesigned platform has larger images, easier access to navigation, and a more prominent search bar. The new navigation bar is simplified with drop-down product category specifics, allowing for easier access to products. Individual product pages now included enhanced content when available from the manufacturer (such as brochures, manuals, parts lists, and videos), making your site a one-stop shop for purchase decisions.
J&M TECHNOLOGIES HOLDS USERS GROUP MEETING
November, 2016 – Over 80 distributors gathered in Chicago, Illinois. during the ISSA Interclean Show for the J&M Technologies Users Group Meeting. The gathering enabled users of J&M Technologies various electronic sales tools, such as the E-Commerce program for online ordering and the ERA interactive sales tool for distributor reps. Attendees were also able to expand their product knowledge and find out about upcoming features and new products.
J&M TECHNOLOGIES INTRODUCES “SHOP-BY-ROOM”
September, 2014 – Distributors can now boost their e-commerce sales with J&M Technologies’ “Shop-by-Room” feature that provides a streamlined online buying experience unlike any other currently available in the industry. The program, called the Facility Product Selection Guide, recognizes the customer’s market segment as they log-on to a distributor’s e-commerce website and provides a “shop-by-room” interactive experience that suggests products specific to the room, surface and cleaning need.

J&M Technologies for the second year in a row was honored at the recent ISSA/INTERCLEAN Show in Las Vegas, NV with the 2015 ISSA Customer Service Award, a recognition based on attendee votes measuring outstanding customer service provided by exhibitors. This year there were over 700 exhibitors vying for just ten Customer Services Awards with votes cast by attending distributors.
