J&M Understands the Industry

John Manzoian started J&M Technologies in 1999 after working for a decade as a sales representative for a JanSan back-office software company. He learned the business needs of the industry, frequently meeting with distributors on-site across the country. John realized that e-commerce was the future for the industry. He knew that distributors could do better than handing their customers bulky and impersonal full-line catalogs that quickly become outdated. John created J&M’s flagship software products to meet this demand. For the first time, without any in-house tech skills, distributors could accept online orders from an online catalog of the products they sell. Twenty-years later, John still runs J&M. Each of its three founding employees still work for the company, with invaluable additions added along the way. J&M remains a continually growing business with the resources to serve distributors of all sizes nationwide.

J&M is a preferred supplier to DPA, Nissco, Pro-Link, Triple SSS, and the United Group. We are also a two-time ISSA customer service award recipient, awarded to only 10 out of 700 vendors attending the trade show.
